The Kozmik Character Konstruction Kit is Kozmik World’s first product and was spun out from the Kozmik Bumz IP. This product features over 100 magnetic pieces that inspire kids and families to collaborate and create in ways that play outside of the traditional lines of single-use toys that quickly end up discarded.

• Created the Kozmik World brand and mission as a spin-off from Kozmik Bumz and created the Kozmik Character Konstruction Kit concept

• Created competitive analysis, market opportunity and financial model

• Led all product design and manufacturing including domestic prototype and sourcing premium and affordable Chinese production

• Created D2C presence using Shopify website and syndication across Etsy, Facebook Shop, Instagram Shop and Google Shop.

• Successfully enrolled the business in the Amazon Seller program and listed the product on Amazon including the Vine program and A+ content

• Built all D2C funnels driving sales on KozmikWorld.com resulting in five-figure sales to date and trending toward profitability prior to Amazon launch

• Created all social content and Meta marketing campaigns driving D2C sales of over 7,000 units with a path to profitability
